This interactive browser will work for all touchscreens, but is mainly designed for screens larger than a phone, and preferably at least 55" diagonal.
The user walks up to the screen and typically using a finger from each hand touches two points close to each other and then drags them diagonally away from each other until a desired window size is achieved.
The user then keeps those fingers still for half a second until the window is drawn.In the window will be icons for launching pre-determined websites or web apps (which can be customized from the settings menu) within the window.
A "Go to URL" icon also lets you type in a custom URL if there is not already an icon for it.Multiple windows with multiple websites can be created and used at at the same time by a single, or different users.
Since windows are created by a user in from of them, they can make it of the size required in front of them, at an appropriate height - good for combinations of different ages, heights and disabilities.Windows can be moved, re-sized, deleted, minimized (to an icon on the top), un-minimized (to the original position), maximized (to cover the whole screen) or un-maximized (to the original position) by simple operations.This technology is ideal for where multiple persons are learning or collaborating, or where individuals or small teams need many sources of information in parallel.
